Part 1 - THE UNDERSTANDING. A model of stuttering is offered which describes a triggering mechanism at the vocal cords as the immediate cause of stuttering. The variables that effect the triggering mechanism are delineated.
Part 2 - THE TREATMENT. The technique for self-treating the triggering mechanism is revealed in great detail. All of its subtle aspects, including mistakes that can be made as well as causes of relapse, are shown and discussed on this video presentation. An innovative technology called Paired Visual Comparison™ is used to teach the technique with maximum efficiency.
Part 3 – THE RELAXATION. This hypnotic induction message eliminates good day/bad day differences
and takes virtually all of the stress out of high-stress speaking situations. It uses a unique
method for converting stress into focused attention to technique. Listened to every night for a
month before retiring, it produces a marked reduction in general overall stress level and stuttering.
